I had filed a suit in city civil court against an unauthorized wall constructed by my neighbor which blocked my way, wind and light. The matter was decided in my favour ex-parte in 2009, giving me easementary rights and asking the neighbor to demolish the wall. However I did not pursue the judgement and did not get the order executed as my neighbor through various assurances convinced me that he will remove the wall. However to date nothing is done. How can I now get the order executed now? Also the order asks the neighbor to demolist the said wall in 10 days, who will demolish the wall if the neighbor does not do so ? Also can I Register my name as Other Rights in the Property Registration card of the neighbours property ?
