It can be your own relatives (any one from your paternal/maternal/in laws side................or his side), friends, area councillor, MLA,  a shopkeeper, community leaders, Labor Inspector,Police Inspector, Excise Inspector, President ( Pradhaan)/Secretary of any club whose mebbership you have......etc etc    ................anyone that agrees and can help...................and if NOone or you don't want to involve anyone your own counsel.

 

Here counsel means: very able local senior counsel worth his/her salt and of unshakable repute and integrity........................They are skilled in reasoning/negotiations/arbitration/conciliation...............

 

If everything fails ( chancs are that everything may not fail) then you need a counsel as already suggested.

For how many days/hours he remained in judicial custody.

What is in it to be a good evidence!

I recived blank calls from international number every day and night every more than 100 blank call every day and night... i have all the number in my incoming call history on my phone. so can i show this number to court.

Let your counsels opine how he/she can capitalize on it.

Try and focus on getting the matter compromised to his and your satisfaction.

Ms. Rajesh? You filed a false rape case against him, he went to jail and his life is screwed. Now ideally speaking you should be punished. Rape cases are not compoundable, he will have you on his mercy. At the best you attempt to wirhdraw the case giving some neutral grounds, do not admit that you filed a false case in anger.

The courts have made scathing remarks in judgments like ‘The law should not be used to settle personal scores…………….’…………………….. ‘I deem it proper to prosecute the prosecutrix for the criminal offence in the interest of justice and for making a mockery of the judicial system... precious time of the court has been wasted in conducting the trial of a false case’…

Courts, women commissions, police are aware that a big % of rape allegations are false.

He is acting wisely by not coming forwards to meet anyone.

If matter lands up in court of law you would need a sharp and senior counsel as already suggested.

Your counsel can opine on recourse for you and penal provisions and his/her strategy to defend you e.g;

Section 340 in The Code Of Criminal Procedure, 1973

The Indian Penal Code;182,186,191,193,195,199,211

 

Try and if possible compromise the matter on terms that are suitable to him and you.

You posted that he is like your brother.

He may agree to swallow the hurt and you may agree to undo the damage that has been done.

In future don’t jump to such accusations even if you are asked by anyone.

Apply your own common sense.

It is your life.

Your life partner or anyone won’t be permitted to go INSIDE with you even if he/anyone volunteers.
