Farm land ownership query

Dear Sir,

I have following query,

My dad has two brothers. There are two farming land properties each one is of one acre. And both lands are on three brother's name (including my father also).

Before few days my both uncle want to sell their land, so they given one proposal to my father, that out of two land, one complete land of one acre will be on their(both brothers) names and another one acre will be on my father name.

So in above scenario my father has given sign on 7/12 form to both brothers for removing his name from one acre land, so that only two brothers are the final owner. During this deal they written on only on Rs 250 stamp paper that another one acre land will be on the name my father only, but both brothers have not given their sign on 7/12 form for the same to my father, hence in 7/12 form of another one acre land three brothers name are there.

So I like to know that, is there any meaning for given in writing on Rs250 Stamp that the complete one acre land is on the name of my father??

Now they are going to sell remaining one acre also which is completely on my father’s name, as mentioned on Rs250 Stamp paper. Is it possible for me to take any legal action against them??

Best Regards

Rahul

what is 7/12 form?

The 7/12 extract is a document, which shows the names of owners of a particular property. It contains details such as the survey numbers, area, date from which the current owner's name was registered, etc. The 7/12 extract is issued by the tehsildar.

Mere obtaining a stamp paper written without a signature of the concerned parties is invalid.  Please ensure that your uncles have sold the property which your father has released.  If not, make a representation to the Tahsildhar or to an appropriate authority for revocation immediately.  Issue a legal notice through an advocate threatening you uncles that you would take action against the selling of their property.  Everything should be done immdiately without any time delay.  A favourable order from the Court may be produced to the Sub Registrar Office for stopping registration of the property of your uncles.

Hello Gopalkrishnan,

They have already sold the property, now they are going to sell remainig one acre land which they have given to my father through stamp paper(Rs 250).

On the stamp paper, there are signatures of both the brothers along with witness.
