My brother alone has been enjoying the ancestral property of 1.2 acres for the past 3 years. All the properties have been divided and registered through partition deed except this lans as it falls under another revenue jurisdiction. Now he is not accepting to divide this agriculture land. In face it is on my name in revenue records but I stay outside the village. He has support in the village which I do not enjoy. I want to get my share in this land through legal process.
Moreover, recently I have completed my LLB and got provisional certificate. Is this helpful to me anyway?
