One patient was admitted to GangaRam Hospital New Delhi in a serious Condition and his treatment was going on there. As the patient belongs to a lower middle class family hence the family members were not in a situation to afford the bills of that Hospital hence they have applied for some financial aid from the CM fund of U.P. which was granted to them in the form of 5lac rupees. Unfortunately this aid was received in hospital after the patient was discharged. Somehow the family members of the patient managed to arrange fund from there relatives and friends to discharge their patient, but when they come to know about the aid sanctioned from the state government they approached the Hospital and the Hospital authorities confirmed the same but denied to reimburse the amount as according to them the aid received by them has to utilised during the treatment of the patient and not after the discharge.
Kindly let me know how the same amount can be claimed from Hospital and weather they can reimburse the amount or can return to state government fund.

You may take up matter with issuer of the grant and do mentioned the comments of Hospital and give list of people from whom money was taken for paying hospital bill.
You will get relief in the name of patient then deposit in his own account.
