Format of agreement

Hi everyone, Can anyone please provide me a format of agrrement for assistance from outside agencies for implementation of new project.

Dear Mr Ganesh,

Every agreement is unique and includes the terms and conditions which will govern the said arrangement. It is advised that you consult a lawyer for getting your agreement ddrafted as Copy paste method usually lands us in trouble.

Do seek a lawyer for drafting agreement.
