Fractured verdict by adj court

A Gift Deed was cancelled within 9 months and, the Donor went to court to cancel her gift deed at the fag end of 3 years of Gifting. When this case was still pending, the Donee sold a piece and Sale Deed was registered. As the Donee was young lady and believed her family-friend, he could buy it for just 15% of market value. Buyer went to court, so also the Lady's family. Lower court, without touching the validity of Gift cancellation, decided in Buyer's favour. When appealled, the appeal court decided that "Title of the property goes to Buyer, but, the Seller need not give possession of the suit property". Court should have decided it in one's favour. But...Now what to do..? Any Review petition possible...? Going to HC is the only way..? Kindly advise.
