Fraud from an educational organizaton

Dear Experts, I have made an agreement with an educational institute by paying an amount of Rs.300000.They issued me an authorization letter.After two months I came to know through RTI that the affiliation document of that organization is fake .Now when I talk to return money of 300000 they told me that it's not possible.Please suggest me to how to get refund my money ?There is a matter in agreement that court case can be filled only in Delhi.Please suggest me what should be my next step to recover my money.

What is the purpose of the contract and facts on contractual terms and statements made by both the parties.

If the object is lawful, if there was a clause on such affiliation, issue a legal notice demanding for such return of money, and let them take a stand legally and then proceed after that.

Avoid Presumptions and surmises and let it be accepted or denied in writing.
