Approach a competent and experienced labor consultant/service lawyer well versed with such matters, with copy of your appointment letter, bond, standing orders of the company if any or model standing orders, sick leave application, Doctor’s Prescripttion advising bed rest, medical certificate –lab reports etc and give inputs in person pertaining to work culture/work environment/stinkers etc especially which shall prove misconduct of company and give inputs in person and submit a fitting reply to the legal notice.

You have given opportunity to the company to aim for an earning of Rs.5 Lac and they do not want to miss it.

You may find the attachments useful.

In future do not act in haste and consult elders in the family, competent and experienced well wishers, trained legal mind amongst acquaintances, lawyer/law firm before acting in haste and signing on the dotted line.
