3 years ago I was using Tata docomo photon. The service was so bad and was not getting the connection. Still they were charging me 800Rs per month. I asked them not to charge me as I am not able to get thier service. Still there was not action from thier side. I close thier service. After 3 years I am getting notice from LOK Nyayalay that Pay Tata docomo bill of 2000/-. I think this might be fake and just to pressurise the customers. I have not done anything wrong nor I am ready to pay bill for the services I have not used. Please let me know if any one having the same case or any actions to be taken from my side.
