It is not correct policy of the Government. The said policy is useful for the police those who are corrupted as well as those who are worked under the mask of Maoists. Real maoists do not take the rewards or help from the Government. [However every one should abide the constitution] My opinion is that Maoists are taking the law in to their hands, then why they are eligible for rehabilitation sources i.e. money and land etc., It is also one of the reason for attracting the youth as an employment. A person works for some time terrorise the people and surrender before the police and he takes rewards & land and other facilities from the Government. How far it is correct? The Govt. should think over.
