"A" gave reg POA to B almost 16 yrs back. "A" is now 70+ and appears to have weak memory. Unintentionally and unknowingly "A" sold a plot "1" (out of several plots) to "C" thru reg sale deed in Dec without remembering that he has executed a POA for the same property.
'C" comes to know that "B" has also sold the plot"1" to his borther in Nov and mutation of same was kept pending.
Now when "C" applied for mutation, the brother has also applied for Mutation.
