My grandfather (from my mohter's side) had 12 children. He died intestate in 1982 leaving behind some lands. Upon his death, GPA given to first son by all others. After a couple of years case decided ex-parte in Purchaser favour as our Advocate was not present. Filed Pettion and order rrecalled. matter stil pending. Three more daughters of grandfather have passed away in the last 5-6 years. GPA holder passed away this month. What is the position of the court case. We do not want to sell to the Agreement holder. Please advise about the position of the case. Also can we partition the property (not sell) when the case is pending
