I need your guidance/view on converting Agricultural land in to Non-Agriculatural. As instructed by few not to do as it will be converted automatically in near future. Please clarify
I have around 1 Acre Road touch land in Raigad, Maharashtra. I want to know if its Ideal to make the conversion. It was rice farm and have been stopped farming there.
Also, normally an average expense to do the procedure.
Details - Around 1 Acre, Road Touch, Only 1 two storey building next to the plot.
