Hi everybody, Please help me.
Last year my father died due to heart attack without making any will,he left three immovable property out of which one is in the name of mother. I am the only son and living outside home. My mother is living with my two sisters and they are threatening Mom & me out of the property.
Please help me and tell me what can i do?

The property automatically goes to all of your to the tune of 1/4th each. File a case for obtaining a letter of administration/Sucession Certificate and then you can mutate properties in your name
