High court website information

Hi all. A wide variance exists between how a case progresses through various high courts (HCs) and the information which are available on its website. One Company Petition matter which was filed before Madras High Court was amicably settled between the parties and the same was accordingly disposed off. But the connected Company Application matter is still showing as pending. Can anyone suggest how to close that Company Application , since the main matter is already disposed off.
