Hindu adoption

Hi, I have question regarding adoption of daughter as per hindu law. The adopter is person who do not have any child  and age of adopters more than 55. The adopter want to adopt daughter aged 15 yrs of his brother. Both have consent to the procedure. 

A. Is there any issues in such case?

B. What is the procedure?

No issue, better is make an adoption deed and get the same registered.

If the girl has not completed 15 yrs of age,she can be adopted as per Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act 1956.

In case she has completed 15 yrs of age she can be adopted only as per the Gaurdians and Wards Act 1890.
