Hon’ble High Court Order dated 28-09-2001 passed by the Hon’ble Chief Justice A.K.Gupta at High Court Calcutta in connection with W.P.10993(W) 2001.
A Writ Petition was filed against Illegal Construction which was being Carried out in several places in Calcutta with the help of Police Personal and authority attached to Kolkata Municipal Corporation Kolkata and The Honourable High Court Passed a specific order in the year 2001 and direct the Police Department and Kolkata Municipal Corporation Kolkata to stop all illegal and unauthorised construction where it exist inspite of specific order illegal construction is being carried out in several places by violating the Honourable High Court Order by managing the police personal and authority of Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
can we go for contempt proceeding after a gap of of 9 years
or what shall we do now to stop or to demolish the illegal and unauthorised construction
