Dear sir ,
Grand father sold a house to his brother`s son ( bhatijaa in relation ) in rajasthan. He (grand father) made a registry of rs. 100 in his name in 1970s. Now , in 2011 can we the grandson claim our right over that house , as this transaction was done using unactful methods i.e by serving wine & meat etc.
