HI ,
Could some help me how to get a stay order ,from my building construction being stopped .
I have a land of 400 SQ yrds having being gift deed from my father.This has some border isue between us and neghbouring cololy assocation.they say 60 sq yrds part road is included in my land.
As per their layout the 14 *30' feet ROAD is incuded in our land. The gram panchyat has stopped my building construction. I have a regesterd doucement and my father's pass book to prove that whole 400 sq yrds is ours'.
I have also building permission copy signed by sarpanch to construct buliding.
Can some one provide useful suggestions and for how long i can get stay order.
