How to make a videotaped last will and testament & readout all the matters written in the will testament?

My mother is 80 years old, and wants to create a last will and testament to declare how she wants her estate/bank balance/FD/Gold/Shares & distributes after she dies. She would like her will to be on videotape, and has asked me to determine if that is possible. So is it? We live in Mumbai if the law differs from state to state. I simply need to know how to make a legal videotaped last will and testament.

In what proportion the assest has to be distributed , she has one daughter and 4 sons
