My father has a house situated in Mettupalayam, Coimbatore Dist. Tamil Nadu. My father died on 11.02.2011. He has 7 legal heirs ie. 4 male and 3 female. One of the female heir died on 10.08.2013 and she has 4 legal heirs ie. Husband, 2 male(1 is a minor) and 1 female. Her husband married an other women after her death. My Mother also died.
Now we want to sell our father house. For that we have prepared the following documents
- Father death certificate
- Mother death certificate
- Sister death certificate
- Power of attorney for my 2 brothers living in UAE
- Legal heir certificate for father (7 members - 4 male and 3 female)
- Legal heir certificate for sister (4 members - Husband, 2 male(1 is a minor) & 1 female)
My died sister's family is living in UAE currently. When I try to prepare for my died sister's family power, UAE embassy has rejected that power due to male minor in her family.
I check with a document writer here, he said that I have to prepare power for Husband, 1 Female & 1 major male then I have to deposit sum amount to minor's name.
I wanted to know, is it the correct procedure to register my father house without any hassle.
Thanks and regards,
