My father gave Shop on Rent to rajasthan Rajya Bunkar Sahkari Sangh ltd in the year 1988.
The Main Agreemeent Terms are:-
1. Rent of Shop for per month 850 Rs..
2. agreeement made only one year.if tenant wanted to incresed teantacy for future than we give the permission and tentant Pay 3% increse at rent for every next year.
Main issue are :
1 .we gave applciation to tenant to vacant our showroom and we didnot intersted for future tenatcy in year 2001.but this Deptt did not vacnt our Showroom. we gave 10, 15 application in written format for vacant show room.
2.after that we filed Case in civil court againest rajasthan rajya Bunkar sangah ltd in Rajasthan rent Contral act 2001-2003.
3.But th court Judg ment against us and court says the Rajathan Rent Control 2001-2003 act do not apply on Rajasthan Rajya Bunkar Sahkari Ltd.
So Sir Guide Me
1.How to vacant My Showroom from rajasthan rajaya bunkar sahkari sangh ltd.
2.Some Opinion are come if we filed again case against rajasthan rajya Bunkar Sahkari Sangh in US TP 106 than can i vacant my shop in Section.
