T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 01 October 2023
Wihtout being present before court you cannot file the petition or memo before the court seeking to withdraw the case, hence you may first appear before court at the time when your case is being called for hearing and then file the petition seeking withdrawl oif the case.

Hazira has to be filed. Even after submitting withdrawal petition, court may ask you verbally.

Appear before the Court and file withdrawl application. If its a criminal case then first check if the offence is compoundable or not? If its a civil case then its a different thing.
