Hi My parents passed away last year and my brother has been residing in the flat that my parents left. The property is in HUF and he has all the document of the property. I want to have copy of that document since I am in the HUF. Would there be copy of that document somewhere else like in any gov office? Is there any other way I can force him to show me like take legal action.
