Dear Siddharth,

thanku very much for posting important labour judgments of 05-06.it has been proved to be very useful for professionals earlier also.

however it is my work and was posted by me at citehr sometime back. It would have been more decent and graceful, if u could acknowledge the source.

It is really nice to hear from you. Ya, actually my friend sent it to me via email. I checked up with him and he said that he had downloaded it from citehr. Anyway thanks for the work. It is really useful I have attached it for the benefit of all members.
