Imposed with civil suit

Courts will not permit to delay the proceedings without any reasonable cause.  Express your father's health condition to ur advocate and seek his advice.  Nobody can suggest u better than the advocate, who has been appearing on behalf of ur father.

I cannot give any reply unless I know the facts of the case and stage of the proceedings.

Thank you very much for your advise. Our lawyer knows my father conditions.

Till date we have just filled WS. The case was filled on 3rd July,2011.

He is just not cooperating with us.

Dear Madhuri,

After filing written statement in a civil case, automatically it takes some time to reach for trial.  In the mean time, the court has to frame issues, give a chance for compromise under section 89 of c.p.c.  If ur advocate is not co-operating, then change ur advocate.
