I need hellp for my friend prerana.
she is married since last 12 yrs and her husband is a compulsive gambler, she wasnot aware that he had mortgaged the property where they r residing to amoney lender,now the fact is he has taken 40 lakhs and the property worth is 60 lakhs,now my friend really doesnt knows what to do,the money lender insist that he wants the property and remaining 20lakhs he willpay,my friend is working ina smallfirm n has 2 daughters, soplz help her as to what law suits her best in claiming the property.
