Is consumer case elligible for compensation?

JIo dhan dhana dhan offer

1)  I was entitled to get free voucher,2 times call centre people said offer is closed,but I took when offer was active,finally manager accepeted and opened ticket from last one month,yday I got voucher but its not active

should I ask compensation and how much and where in PUne?

 

2) If I suspend service for say on week ,validty /expiry date should get extend as per TRAI ?

Write to M/s JIO that voucher supplied to you is not active............

Not supplying voucher and thereafter defective voucher supplied comes under the preview of unfair trade practice and for that you can knock the doors of District Consumer Forum and claim compensation towards mental and physical agony.
