My Father is death and last one year the owner is not accepting rent and he is asking for my Brothers NOC or will not accept rent.
My 3 Brothers had left the house since last many years got married and have there own houses and now iam the only last son staying in the house.
My brothers are not interested in signing and want share in the property by selling i have no other shelter.
I have been sending the rent by money order but he is returning the money order. The advocate notice the landlord is accepting but not receiving the acknowledgement and the postal department is not giving the acknowledgement proof.
IS MY 3 BROTHERS SIGNATURE NEEDED AND COMPLUSORY.
