Is Watch Parts include Watch Batteries under class 14 or watch battery are covered under class 9

In any case they are the goods of same description.

Watch bands
Watch cases
Watch chains
Watch crystals
Watch glasses
Watch springs
Watch straps
Watches, Wristwatches

So, I suggest to file separate application in Class 09 which covers all type of Batteries.
