Dear Sir/Ma’am
My question is our joint residential property in village. Campus is square size. In one side four room is made by my grandfather. My father is four brother. Every brother has one room and land in front of room. ( just like aangan) My one uncle sold some part of land from one side to my neighbor for road purpose in 04-07-2000. That time our grandfather and grandmother is alive but all are known. Land was orally divided not in paper.
In this time case in table of sub-judge of district court as a title suit that is filed by our opposition that purchase land
I want to know that
1. That type of cases what is previous decision of same court or higher court.
2. What can decision comes by court in this matter.
3. What will be happen because opposition is paid to revenue to government for purchasing the land because he is saying that paid revenue can not be invalid.
Please suggest me and give me reference or decision of court that can I produce to court .
