Dear All civil legal experts in india,
By September 19, 2024, the Madurai High Court has reserved the judgment in my second appeal civil case. Two months have passed as of right now. But when I question my lawyer why I haven't received my judgment, he tells me to wait and that he reminded the honorable judge's OA/PA. However, since I am the respondent in my civil case, my opposing party is threatening me and creating problem when the judgment has been reserved. Police no action and they ask me to wait for civil case judgement. I feel like suicide, this is 2011 th year case. My lawyer never understand my critical situation...can you please advise how do we get quick judgement? Shall i change my lawyer to express my situation to Honerable justice ?
