Total flat value is 28 lac but booking amount of flat considration value is 6 lac. in case of defaulter of builder where we should complain, district forum or state forum or west bengal HIRA authority in case agreement of sell is not registered .any time limit to complain?
if the value of relef sought by you is above 20 lakhs you have to approach State Commission. or else Dist Forum. You must complain for deficiency of service against the builder. 2 years is the time limit prescribed under C.P.Act. But it depends upon the facts of the case.
