Is there a way to get ealry dates on high court cases. A person has filed Crpc 482 in Nov 2023 (to quash criminal proceedings in lower court), however we have given our statements with evidence requesting the case to be heard at the lower court. However even after a year the case is not moving ahead as we are not getting dates and accused are roaming freely. Our lawyer says that is how High Court function and we have to wait for the dates.
Kindly suggest if there are anyways that we can fasten proceeding.
