Respected Forum People to solve my problem.
I live in Gudivada and we have a Mosque (MASJID) in our area, and it has a Huge land whcih has been Occupied by one of the Neighbour, and he is not in a position to leave that Place because he got B-FARM PATTA from the counsellor,which indicates this land belongs to him.
Their we have Original Documents of Mosque , and along with that we have the Government Order (G.O) of Alloted LAND by District Collector in 1962 of WAQF BOARD and with its date.
Now what Neighbour has done is, he approached one COUNSELLOR of MUNCIPALITY and he got B-FARM PATTA , which indicates this land belongs to him.
WILL i get any JUSTICE in this problem if i Approached LOK-ADALAT. (or) if i FILE a CASE in COURT.
