Many of my friends are staying in State Maharashtra, Distict -Thane, Kalyan (East) vilange Named "Nevali" this Nevali village land was taken away by British Government to Airport utilsation in second World war. After 1947, land was handed over to Indian Government (sources say but Indian Gov doesnt have the papers of Aquisition (under Land Aquasition act)
Neither District collector has got the specific papers.
In this case what should the Farmers do, who a cultivating this land from Ancestors? Need help !!..
