On 2nd march 2012 Mr. Janardhan Reddy who is in the CBI custody for iklegal mining was about to produce before the city civil court at Bengaluru. But suddenly Local Channels started breaking news that Advocates assaulted the media person and damaged the camers etc.,.
But the true fact is that advocates are assaulted by the police, advocates vehicles are put into fire and damaged the motorcycles etc., CDS of police illegal acts have been distributed all the bar association.
Medias and Local Channels scoulded the advocates like goondas, gondas in black coat, etc., they used very defamatory words against the advocates.
Local Channels and papers by hiding the true facts, have defamed the advocates. So we being an advocates have to condem it.
Thru out karnataka private complaints are filing and already filed against the local channels, papers.
