hi

i am planing to buy a appratement at Murugeshpalya, and the first owner was having loan at Bank and he is transferring that loan amont to my account and i am getting loan again from the same bank

i have got EC, Khata and Khata Extract all those from the first owner

still what and all the documents i shold have to confirm that the land is genuine

The revenue authorities has a genreal form for a Lega Heir Certificate and would issue the same on application. For Succession Certificate, an application has to be filed before the court of jurisdiction where the immoveable property is situate, through an advocate.

Since the loan is issued by a bank, the bank ought to have done a due diligence process. Also since the bank having agreed to transfer the loan to you, they would further ensure that the legal documents are in order. Please consultant the bank in private, without the presence of the seller.
