I recently received Legal Notice for Settlement/Conciliation from Vodafone for my number that i used under a particular relationship number.
Now the same number is transitioned to different relationship with them and is still used by me. The only thing that is changed while transitioning is the number is changed from Individual Owned Individual Paid to Company Owned Company Paid i.e the number is company owned although used by me. The transition was done way back in Dec 2016
Since the number was moved to a different relationship without any dispute , and with the new relationship the bills are paid in time.
The bill they are claiming disputed from old relationship is only Rs 1400/-
As i have been called in conciliation camp being organized at Karkardooma Courts, Shahdara, Delhi – 110032
Could anyone please let me know
1- how can i defend myself from such legal notice as the number was undisputedly moved from one relationship to another and there wasnt any communication to pay any disputed amout before the coversion.
