Letter of administration suit pending & interim injunction

Is it possible to get an  ad/ interim injunction on a Letter of Administartion suit pending  in a Probate court . The dispute is in between nephew who got the land through WILL. in 1992. The daugther married in 1956 got the land mutation byepassing the will and is now trying to sell the land to third party . The Probate was filed in 1993 . It went on slowly and was later suspended in 2000.  But in 2004 daughter tried to sell to local. The local went there to cultivate the land. The dispute happened and 144 was applied. In 2004 itself Letter of admisnitration case was refiled. From 2004 the land is left barren without any party approaaching it . But that party who was sold in 2004 is now heard to have paid entire sum of money to daughter and is planning to again approach the land to cultivate. The case is still going on. The other party now do not appear on the dates.  what can be done to avoid the interefence of 3 rd party. 1) Can admisntration pendente lite applied 2) Can ad/interim injunction apply 3) what is remedy possible. The matter is in district court if bihar
