Limitation period for sec 384ipc

If no charge sheet has been filed within 3 years, court can't take cognizance of that offence. But if charge sheet has been filed within 3 years but accused can not be arrested and declared absconder, he can be charged after his appearance.

no it cannot be filed after 4 years.

as limitaion period is 3 years acc to sec 468 crpc.
