Loss of pay rules for study

sir,

i am n srinivas, working as a junior asst. in cantonment board, secunderabad,

i am completing my probation period ( 2 years) by this month,  At the time of joining (2012) i am discontinued from my studies,

now i would like complete my studies(mca).

i already know ccl rules for study (not less than 5 years service)

is there any rule/way to take 2 years long leave as loss of pay/ study leave after completing my probation period

please help me in this regard.....

study leave is admissible only to permanent employee for a course which in the opinion of the deptt is suitable to enhance the efficiency of the employee.  SO you fail on both counts.

 

You can take one year EOL if deptt ready to give, in addition to EL/HPL etc.
