Lost original property agreement

Dear Sir,

Can anyone help me, I have purchased property and lost original property agreement.

But I have duplicate copy of agreement also I have get duplicate copy from sub registar office.

I gave public notice as well to loksatta news paper.

Is anything I need to do still to avoid future problems.

When there is original sale deed with you. original agreement of sale is not necessary.  If you have lost the original sale deed then obtain the certified copy of the same from the sub reigistrar.   I think you have done already and you have done good job by publishing in the news paper.  It is more than sufficient.
