I was filed civil case against Builder and socitey office berrears in highcourt 2007 for cancel this agreement but socitey majority my paryer is pending in highcourt after this builders and socitey office bearrer passed 2.5 FSI fraud signature for nine documentsin mhada our agreement is 2.4 FSI now socitey is restrict arbitration 2.4 FSI but they dont want to open criminal matter all fraud i found by RTI when i given a letter to socitey then they come to know for this fraud this fraud i came to know 2011
after i filed criminal case 2/5/2012 but i mentioned section 408,406,417,418,420,468,467,471,34 of ipc but magistrate is given only 417 and 418 r/w 34 ipc section and i asked rojnama details magistrate is given after one months and even rojnama he mentioned i was absent 4 time but i never been absent in court and his behaviour is not well after this order he told me oppsosite party will challange to you how he come to know ?
pls suggest me what to do
