Manual rectification after registered sale deed and scanned

Hi,

I had purchased one flat from builder and while registration he had forgotten to mentioned the date of agreement on the start of the agreement. This agreement was executed and registered in Pune and was scanned and uploaded.

When I collected the document I noticed this and highlighted it to the builder. Post which he manually updated the Agreement.

According to me this was not correct which he also agreed later on and agreed for Rectification deed.

My query is that will it create problem later on since he has manually updated the Agreement even after registration if rectification deed. Also, what should be the content of the rectification deed?

Date of registration shall reckon as the date of execution, hence there is no need to take any further action for the issue, which is sufficient, valid and legal for all purposes.

Any manual correction in the registered document without the seal and signature of the concerned registrar is not valid.

You may ask the builder to execute a registered rectification deed to rectify this error.
