Marital affair of my wife!

Greetings!

Help me to face this unexpected situation!

my wife is having an affair outside marriage(Muslim-Marriage)! I came to know about this through her mobile and found her nude pics with that guy!

now I need to know how should I approach for divorce safely and under which Law (s) she is held guilty!

I doubt that they can file an FIR against me for nothing, so how Should I move ahead with this to stay away from any glitches!

kindly revert soon!

swift response will be highly appreciated! 👍

You can apply for divorce if you can prove her adultery.

You can't prosecute her while you can prosecute the adulterer which I vehemently dislike.

Don't be afraid of false FIRs.

Now let me hold my shield firmly.

Adultery can't be avoided.     I can't visualise a person who doesn't commit adultery.

Nevertheless it should be a ground for divorce and is.    It shouldn't be a ground for prosecution as it hitherto was.

By all means take divorce but never expect a chaste woman again.

Muslim Marriage can be dissolved if not registered under the Special Marriage Act,1954 through the Sharia law for which contact local Qazi. No criminal complaint against wife for her acts of extra-marital relationships however you may for your safety dairy register the complain with local police as defense measure if she goes lodging criminal complaint against you for dowry, cruelty etc to cover her activity.

I'm sorry. You can't prosecute the adulterer because of recent development.

U first collect evidence (genuine )of her adultery and then after file suit for divorce. Don't be afraid for false for.

Under which laws the marriage was solemnised ?

What are the evidences (unrebuttable) wherein you are sure to prove her adultary ?

For a marriage under Muslim laws you can pronounce triple talaq.

Take help of qazi for talaq. You can file  a complaint in police station as precautionery measure.

An adulteress and the adulterer can, according to Islamic law, be stoned to death.    Is it applicable to Indian muslims?

Kumar Doab (FIN)     12 December 2018

Was IT ever applicable in republic of India?

Was IT ever discontinued in republic of India?

I too have the same questions as Shri Kumar Doab has.

Koi patthar se na maro mere deevane ko.
