The municipal authorities cannot acquire your land without issuing notice for proposed acquisition

You wait for the notification

Acquisition of land for public purposes has a procedure and without adopting proper procedure acquisition becomes null and void.

The proposed road was there since more than 20 years in the draft development plan of municipal corporation. But they have not started land acquisition. Can I claim for TDR bond to municipal corporation for proposed road

If the municipal corporation has not acquired your lands yet, neither they have issued any notice for acquisition then where is the question of TDR bonds so soon.

TDR, or Transfer of Development Rights, is a zoning tool that allows property owners to transfer the development rights of their land to another location typically in exchange for monetary compensation or other benefits.

You may wait and wathc the developments until then.
