Metes and bounds in this case - partition suit

hello,

how will advocate commissioner deal with a house with bulding in case of a partition and for the survey process to partition by metes and bounds. a plaintiff had won 2/3 of the share on a ancestral property on which additonal floors and bulding extnesion were done by way of a prelimnary decree. and she is gong to rqeuest for appointment of a advocate commmissionr.
how will this be partitioned in this case..can we put in a request to delomish the building ? or  how wil the advocate commissiner go with creating a partition in such case. also, does advocate commissioner need to provide any intimation or need to follow any procedure to enter into a building currently enjoyed by the defendant who also has 1 share of the property.

It will depend on commissioner and parties will if property is unable to be partitioned then court can order sale of property and money divided among the parties
