I hold GPA in my favour for about 0.3 acres which is sill in force. I want to execute a registered agreement of sale in my favour using the registered General power of attorney.Can you kindly send me a model agreement of sale which can be registered now by paying just 6% stamp duty in Hyderabad. what would happen if the principal owner dies before I can get a sale deed registered for this property.Can we include some clauses in the agreement for sale binding the legal heirs of the principal owner?
